Soccer Match Results and Sponsor Stock Returns - An Analysis Based on Behavioral Economics Perspective

Using the event study method, impact of Chinese Super League match results on title sponsors' share prices was empirically analysed from a behavioral economics perspective. The main section considers variables such as win-loss relationship, home and away factors, Friday's important day last five rounds A-share market H-share respectively, draws conclusions. article aims to explore possible patterns fluctuations in capitalization price sponsors following sponsorship football clubs context gold-dollar football, influenced by matches. Can outcome affect value sponsor's shares? If so, what kind investor sentiment is reflected behind price? What can be done improve effectiveness corporate sponsorship? To this end, paper analyses issue perspective economics, combined with order provide theoretical references for sponsorship.
